Above is a view of the entire 40 acres of the Silver Rails Vineyards. The vineyards extend from the railroad tracks near the bottom of the photos almost to the water tower in the distance. They extend from the road on the left side of the photo almost to Missouri Highway 63 on the right side of the photo. The old Wabash Railroad Right-Of-Way is in the center of the photo and has been replaced by a dirt road to the American Passsenger Railroad Historical Foundation (APRHF) Cabin & Deck overlooking the railroad tracks. The railroad tracks are the BNSF main line route from Los Angeles to Chicago.
Again, the vineyards extend from the railroad tacks near the center of the photo to the water tower in the distance. The Silver Rails Winery is the large building with the red roof on the south side of the tracks. Our tasting room will be located in this building at 100 East Benton Street, La Plata, Missouri 63549.
